Primary colour tapestry: Sunbirds on Sutherlandia
Spectacular stands of Cancerbush (Lessertia frutescens) have been brightening the valleys for the last couple of months. The stands are a magnet for the local nectarivore population, hungry now that the proteas have finished their flowering season.
